Sometimes WEBRips have slight timing offsets. If the voices don't match the lips:
Look for versions marked "WEBRip" or "HC" (Hardcoded) to ensure the timing matches your file. Black.Adam.2022.KORSUB.1080p.WEBRip.x264.AAC2.0...
If the Korean subtitles are distracting, you can use a media player like or MPC-HC to add a "Background Box" to your English subtitles. In VLC: Go to Tools > Preferences > Subtitles / OSD . Change the Add a background option to "Black" or "Opaque." Sometimes WEBRips have slight timing offsets
