"Luck! I know you're in there!" Asta yelled over the roar of the mana. "You love to fight, right? Then fight this! Fight for your seat at the dinner table! Fight for the Black Bulls!" Asta skidded back, his boots digging into the dirt

"We have to hit him with everything," Magna wheezed, wiping blood from his chin. "Not to kill him... but to wake him up."

"Luck! Stop this!" Asta roared, his voice cracking. "We’re the Black Bulls! You’re one of us!"

Asta let out a breath he didn't know he was holding and grinned back, tears pricking his eyes. The battle for the kingdom was far from over, but for a moment, the Black Bulls were whole again.
