Genta, one of the Detective Boys, still has his wristband on while riding a roller coaster that exits the park boundaries. As the coaster reaches the "detonation zone," (who had been lurking in the shadows throughout the film) makes a dramatic entrance. Conan manages to infiltrate the client's observation room. Through brilliant deduction, he proves that the murder the client "witnessed" was actually a staged suicide, and the "assassin" he fears is a hallucination born of guilt.
