Most multi-part PKGs are compressed archives (e.g., .rar or .zip). You must place all parts in the same folder and extract the first one; the extraction software will automatically pull data from Part 3 and the others to create a single, installable PKG.
When a game is split into multiple PKG parts, they must usually be combined or installed in a specific sequence to work correctly on a homebrew-enabled console.
