: Connect your phone to your PC with a USB cable. Open File Explorer , go to "This PC," find your iPhone, and navigate to Internal Storage > DCIM . Search for "IMG_0658" to find and copy the file to your computer.

Select the video and click the (cloud with an arrow) at the top of the page. 3. Use AirDrop (Mac/iOS only) If you are sending the file between Apple devices: Open the Photos app on your iPhone. Find IMG_0658.MOV and tap the Share button.

Ensure you have a stable connection, as .MOV files are often large and may take time to finish.
