He leaned over the keyboard with his stubby, fingerless arms and typed into the search bar: (Gang Beasts download for PC).
The Red Cat lunged, grabbing Gummy’s leg. Gummy flailed wildly, his arms spinning like windmills until he connected with a satisfying pop against the cat’s head. The Luchador tried to drop-kick them both but missed, sliding off the side of the truck and desperately clinging to the bumper as the asphalt blurred beneath him.
Gummy realized he wasn't just playing the game—he was the game. He climbed to the top of the truck's cabin, let out a high-pitched squeal of triumph, and headbutted the air. He had successfully "downloaded" himself into the ultimate party chaos.
With a wet thwack of his hand on the mouse, the download began. As the progress bar filled, Gummy felt a strange vibration. Suddenly, the monitor didn't just show the game—it began to glow with a wobbly, iridescent light. A giant, rubbery hand reached out from the screen, grabbed Gummy by his stretchy torso, and pulled him headfirst into the digital void.
Gummy landed with a squeak on top of a speeding hurtling down a highway. To his left was a crimson-red brawler in a cat suit; to his right, a bright blue figure wearing a luchador mask. There was no time for introductions.
Back in the real world, the computer screen simply read:
Once upon a time in the neon-soaked, gelatinous world of Beef City, a small, lime-green creature named sat staring at an old computer monitor. Gummy was tired of the peace and quiet; he had an itch that only a physics-based brawl could scratch.
