The , developed by SimonezYT as an addon for ProMods v2.63 (specifically for Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.46 ), significantly expands the Italian road network and urban detail beyond the standard DLC. This update focuses heavily on Northern Italy and the Veneto region, introducing over a dozen new cities and numerous regional roads. New Cities & Towns

Requires the Italia DLC and ProMods 2.63 for full functionality.

The rework adds a dense web of State Roads (SS), Regional Roads (SR), and Provincial Roads (SP) to provide more realistic routes: New segments for the A33 and A21 .
