"Sorry," Kaito said, his voice calm and terrifying. "Some things are too broken to be fixed." The fatigue vanished

"Kaito?" Brad gasped, eyeing Kaito’s glowing equipment. "You’re alive? Quickly, fix my sword. We have another raid."
