The main plot kicks off when Wong (Benedict Wong) discovers that a former Kamar-Taj student, Donny Blaze, is using a stolen Sling Ring to spice up his lackluster magic shows at the Mystic Castle. Jen takes the case to court, attempting to file a cease-and-desist against Blaze.
