The Intelligence Unit's investigation begins with a routine raid on a meth lab run by gang leader Marshall Carter. However, the team soon discovers a much darker enterprise: a "re-homing" scam. The gang targets children adopted from foreign countries, who are then abandoned by their adoptive families and auctioned online to the highest bidder.
