Mojo and HIM enter into a heated competition to prove who is the more "fit" (meaning more evil) father. Their attempts to out-evil each other include various schemes to harass the Mayor, which range from Mojo using a remote-controlled pickle trap to HIM attempting to send the Earth into the sun.
