In a desperate attempt to win Quahog’s "Most Traditional Family" award (and the $500 gift card to The Clam that comes with it), Peter decides the Griffins need to reconnect with their "old world" roots. After a botched DNA test suggests they are 1/16th Greek, Peter forces the family to move into a giant wooden horse in the front yard. The "Xrysoi" (Golden) lifestyle quickly goes south:

tries to organize a traditional Greek feast, but Peter replaces the lamb with a giant pile of Spanakopita he found in a dumpster behind a frozen food factory.
