: Navigate to your PES 2017 installation folder (often in Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 ) and paste the files there, choosing to Replace/Overwrite when prompted.
: Once extracted, open the resulting folder. Copy all folders (usually named Data , download , etc.).
Because this is "part02" of a split archive, you cannot extract it alone.
